As I was resarching Cory’s 3X Great Grandfather John Perlette I also found some good information on John’s brother Frederick Perlette and it was Frederick’s information that allowed me to find the Perlette family in Germany.
Frederick Perlette was part of a carriage company in Shippensburg, PA and over the years they had many advertisements in the newspaper that even included a new patent for a new buggy spring.
I’ve included a few photos and tidbits here that even include some photos from the historical society of the actual building. The first one is the actual Faceboook post and then the second is the full photo.
