Peter Shughart and Elmira Rebecca Sweigert are Cory’s 3X Great Grandparents. Peter and Elmira are the parents of Anna Shughart who is then the mother of Cory’s Great Grandfather John Perlette. John is then the father of Cory’s grandmother Geneva Perlette Storer
This is a family line where I have very few pieces of information. I’m hopeful that at one point the Monmouth newspapers will be digitized or I’ll have some time to view the microfilm as those may provide some additional information. I may even find a family member who has a few pieces to share which would be wonderful.
