It’s always an exciting day when I get mail from Vital Records in one state or another – I know that’s strange. Today the mail included the Nebraska death record for Sarah Belle Robinson Storer and that gave me the last details I needed to complete this next biographical post.
Robert Preston Storer and Sarah Belle (Sallie) Robison/Robinson are Cory’s 2X Great Grandparents. They are the parents of his great grandfather Walter Storer, who is the father of his grandfather Lavern Storer. Sarah Bell’s maiden name is alternatively listed as Robison/Robinson. In all the history of Rock Island County, IL the family name is Robison, and many of Sarah’s records are listed as Robinson. I believe that Robison is the most correct.
