This is the second post for my maternal family. Luther Hagerdon and Lena Leota Livermore are the parents of my Great Grandmother Gladys Hagerdon Anderson. As always, if there is something incorrect, unclear or missing in what I have, I welcome corrections and additions. These documents are always a work in progress as new data sources are found or come online.
Luther’s family has proven somewhat difficult to track, but we do have a story of his grandfather Luther heading out to California as part of the Oregon trail. Lena’s family has some pretty long roots in the United States and much research has been done on the family by other folks. Lena was my first opening to my Daughters of the American Revolution and to my Mayflower Society approvals. More posts to come on these families
