We were so fortunate a few years ago to have Cory’s parents sit down with his grandparents Alex and Millie and record their remembrances.
They tell so many fun stories of their lives growing up. Alex had a pet Coyote(!) and Millie tells a story of hiding from the gypsies in Laurel and falling asleep.
They tell the story of how Alex won a bet with one of his friends that he would have more dances with Millie (and won the bet), about their square dancing days and so many of the different pets they had.
We also have here the audio files directly recorded from Alex and Millie as they told these stories.
I have several additional photos, and I’ll save those for a future photo gallery all in one place.
